IoT & web platform
An IoT fleet-tracking provider needed one platform to serve many client organisations, each with its own branding, vehicles and users, plus a secure way to onboard new customers and their existing tracking devices. We built both sides: a tenant-facing fleet app and an internal admin console.
The challenge
Every client organisation needed its own branded tracking experience, vehicles and users, but the provider could not run a separate system for each one. Onboarding a new customer, and bringing across the tracking devices they already owned, had to be secure and repeatable.
What we built
A multi-tenant fleet app with live maps, trip replay and geofences, and an admin console with a four-step onboarding wizard. Customer database connections are tested live and stored encrypted, and existing devices are imported into a central registry.
Every vehicle on a live map with real-time status, GPS route replay, a speed-over-time chart, and PDF and Excel export.
Geofences drawn on the map and assigned to vehicles, plus multi-SIM connectivity health, IMEI and serial bonding and integrity incident tracking.
Organisation, white-label branding (logo, colours, subdomain), device and user limits, then confirmation.
Customer database connections tested live and stored with AES-256-GCM encryption; devices imported into a central registry behind a versioned REST API.

Technology
GPS, MQTT and multi-tenant onboarding are design decisions, best made before the first device ships.
