A construction and property-development group was tracking hundreds of workers across multiple sites on attendance terminals that stored only raw scans, then rebuilding payroll by hand in spreadsheets every month. We built one platform that carries a scan all the way to a finished payslip.

The challenge
Attendance terminals on each site stored raw scans and nothing else. Every month, payroll was rebuilt by hand in spreadsheets for hundreds of workers, with deductions for meals, tools and shop purchases tracked separately.
What we built
A platform covering attendance from fingerprint, face, RFID and phone, a payroll engine with live deductions, and payslips finance can audit, plus meal ordering, tool rental, a Flutter point-of-sale app, leave and rosters.
Fingerprint and face terminals, RFID cards and kiosks, with duplicate-scan filtering and server-side entry and exit detection. Sites without hardware use GPS-geofenced phone punching with optional selfie verification.
Hours against approved rates, live deductions from canteen, tool-rental and shop ledgers, manual adjustments, then a lock so nothing is deducted twice.
Branded PDF payslips and an Excel workbook with live formulas, so every number can be traced.
Meal ordering, serialised tool rental, counter sales on a Flutter POS app, leave, and rosters with lateness and overtime, with access control for 13 operator roles and a field-level audit trail.
